Disney's Toontown Online

A very good game, but not quite. Toontown is another massive multiplayer online game (Not role-playing game), it has racing, golf, fighting, and more.
There is a few kinds of toons to choose from, my favorite is a dog (Of coarse). There should be a Toontown game on the Wii (That's what I think).
Anyways, if you like cartoon gameplay and anvils falling on boring business men, this is a game for you. By the way, cogs are the boring robot business men. Also there are lots of gags to choose from, my favorite is the drop track. This game gets a 9.5 out of 10 from me.
