DK: King os Swing's ruthless control scheme ultimately gets the best of this otherwise great Donkey Kong game.

DK is back with a brand new look and feel in this innovative chore of a Donkey Kong game. I'm not even going to try and explain the controls. I'm just going to say that you use the shoulder buttons to swing on these nob-like circles to get through each level. This sounds easy enough but that simply is not the case. It will take you an hour or two to get used to the controls and when you finally get the hang of the game, it suddenly gets really hard. Now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed playing this game but, I found myself having to replay boards like 20-40 times just to get past one part. Also the was the game forces you to hold the GBA made my hands crmp up really badly. This game was a good idea, and has alot of promise, but many of the levels felt like torture and I can't help but think that Nintendo might have missed the boat on this one. If you are looking for a nice relaxing GBA game, you masy need to look somewhere else, you will not find it here.
