The main emphasis of the game seems to be teamwork, each person can only have like a max of 3 or something professions and you have to master the first before you can get a new one so right from the beginning quests you need help from other player of different professions, lumber jacks for wood, farmers for wheat, alchemists(I think) for flowers and things and fisherman for fish and much more then theres the battles teaming up in battles is so easy and you have better chance to get rare drops the more you team up so its just great.
