Great levels, great graphics, good gameplay, kongs!

User Rating: 7.8 | Donkey Kong Country 3 GBA
Donkey Kong Country 3 really is one of the best Donkey Kong games created. I'm sure everyone who are DK fanatics remember Donkey Kong Country 3 on the SNES when it's first release was 1996. But, now it's on the GBA and it's pretty good

Donkey Kong Country 3 has great graphics, good gameplay, and great replay value. Let's start with the graphics. The graphics truly is remarkable, though the graphics weren't enhanced at all from the SNES version to the GBA version it still doesn't matter, the graphics are still great. But, the graphics are a little rusty when you play the game on the Gameboy Player. The gameplay is only alright though, if it wasn't for the great levels and the complexity of the levels than the gameplay wouldn't be really that good. The replay value is also great, you can just keep on playing the game because there are different routes you can take for example, you can beat the game by being the Lost World of Kremetoa, or you can try to save all of the 15 banana birds to bring out the big banana bird.

Now then, another good thing about this game are the characters. Dixie and Kiddy Kong are the two kongs that you play in this game. Both characters are interesting in their own way and they have difference too. Like for example, Dixie can twirl her hair to hover in the air and Kiddy can defeat some enemies that Dixie can't because he's stronger than her.

A bad side about the game would have to be the story. The story is unoriginal and it's basically the same thing as Donkey Kong Country 2. In DKC2 DK gets captured. In DKC3 DK and Diddy get captured, so yeah see the difference, nothing really.

Anyways, this is a good game and it's definently worth checking out, it's Donkey Kong Country 3 for the Nintendo Gameboy Advance!
