Donkey Kong Country is one the best platformers available. It is unbelievable how well this game has stood the test of time. It's innovation it still unmatched about many platformers today.
Graphicallhy the game is beatiful. It translates somewhat decently to the GBA since some of the character look a tad blocky.
The sound definitley takes a hit moving onto the gba. At time is still sounds good, however the sounds of you taking down enemies sound horrible when compared to the original.
Overall this game is one of the defining moments in gaming history. Ive been playing this since it was originally released on the SNES when I was only 5. If you want a fun game with loads of replayability look no further. Not many platformers are able to match up to Donkey Kong Country.
