Donkey Kong Country is one of the greatest games of all time.
Why: This game has just so much to offer. First of all, not only does it have over 90 levels with over 100 bonus stages and secret areas, but finding the areas and bonuses add to your overall percentage of completion. So the game is going to take a while to complete. And, although the levels get progressively harder, the game is just so fun to play that it doesn't matter. None of the levels are annoying (although I have some favorites and some not-so-favorites) and the great music adds to this factor. I've played the game over and over and over again many times and I still love it. Replay value is sky-high.
Graphics: 10
Why: Well, at the time, these were the greatest graphics anyone had seen for a SNES game.
Sound: 10
Why: Because I love the music! Every level has music that goes with it perfectly and each tune is one that you'll be humming for days. (if not years)
Also, the music adds to the gameplay by a large margin. Without the flawless musical score, the game would not be as fun to play.
Value: 10
Why: Because this game is perfect! The music, the levels, the replay value, everything is balanced to perfection. If there is any reason to buy a super nintendo in our day and age (providing you can find one) it would be for this game. Anyone who has not played it is missing out on good old fashioned simple fun.

Why: I have no idea what this is! However, because this game is literally perfect, I give it a perfect ten. Donkey Kong country is a classic that will not be outdone anytime soon.
