Vicarious Visions continues the FPS/survival horror series Doom with Doom 3. Doom 3 has flat out amazing graphics and fairly good story. But in FPS it's usually about the story, it's about the cool weapons and boss battle and Doom 3 does these two things very well there are tons of cool and unique weapons to choose from and and hand full of the weapons not being guns. most weapons that you won't see in any other FPS. Although this is a FPS it is also mostly survival horror and vicarious visions does a great good on. Not to seem like a little girly man this game is scary, played mostly in the dark there is scary creatures popping out left and right. Unlike many other survival horror games where the A.I. is slow moving stupid zombies most of the A.I. moves very fast and are all smart. The boss A.I. is just as good, the bosses are all big , scary and will take alot of firepower to take down. One thing at was disappointing was the online and multiplayer. You can only have 4 players on and offline making battle fell very enclosed and well....boring. Hopefully Doom 4 will have just as good single player and an amazing online with atleast 8 on 8. Go at least rent Doom 3 for your xbox.
