It's not that great in terms of length, but it still is a technically amazing game.

Wow... i mean, i didn't expect the graphics to completely blow me away like that... Doom 3 is the 3rd (well, 4th if you count that crappy Final Doom) game in the ancient DOOM series by ID software. It is a very innovative shooter and at the same time it doesn't stray too far away from the doom story.

The story is about a scientist named Docter Betruger, who works in the UAC, a mars based research facility. He is secretly trying to create a portal to hell, in order to overrun the base with Demons. You are a nameless marine, who is a new recruit. You are asked to look for a missing scientist, and soon you discover Betruger's plan...

The game has an awesome storyline, i know, but let's get down to technical stuff. The game's sound does a very good job of making your neck hairs stand up. There are many scary cutscenes in this game, lots of zombies, undead marines, and monsters to kill. The enemies are highly detailed, and the realistic ambient lighting makes the game well worth playing.

like I said in my Doom II review, DEFINATELY ge this if you like Doom, or any FPS for that matter.
