Mario has been an archeologist, a plumber, a zookeeper, a villian, a carpenter, and now, a doctor. This mario game doesn't manage to bring the formula, but it's one of the best Nes games and your best choice for a Tetris clone. In this game, you are Mario, and you must drop pills on viruses to kill them. Like many Mario games, the game is extremely, extremely, extremely addictive, but because of a lack of a save feature, it gets kind of boring playing the same levels over and over again, espicially since the game is long.
Graphically, the game looks decent enough. I mean, you can easily recognize the enemies and items, but this generally doesn't look as good as other Nes games. Still, it looks beautiful as far as the eye can see.
As for the sound, this is easily the best the Nes has done. There are so many catchy tunes in the game to make your mind dizzy. Plus, the audio is incredible for its time.
