Despite the few visual quirks, it is a great game to get into for rpg fans

Dragon Age: Origins is yet another success from Bioware. This time with the fantasy setting that most rpg fans love. Part of what sets this game apart from other game Bioware has dished out is the options to start from different settings depending on what class you choose, what race you choose, and what background your character has grown up in. There are a few let downs in the game. There are a few graphical quirks where certain lines on characters just don't line up. But its nothing major or anything that holds the game up. The battle system is pretty simple. you just go in and select who you want to attack and your character goes and automatically attacks the chosen target. What you have to do is set up the ability bar you use with the x, y, and b button and can switch between two ability menus using the R trigger. and during battle open up the item/ability menu using the L trigger. Like other game that Bioware has made, there are many ways you can go through the game. You can take you time and try to do all the mini quests that are out in the game, or just go straight through and do just the main quest. It is a game that is worth picking up if you are a rpg fan and enjoy games that you can take time to play.
