Very lame. Bioware tries to squeeze another penny out of gamers.

I'll just keep this short and mostly bullet-pointed. Seriously though, this is just like playing the final Origins mission only you're playing as a kind of "arcade" character, you'll use it for 30 minutes then throw it away which kills almost every RPG aspect of the original game. The description sounds WAY cooler than it is.

The Good.
-3 Achievements
-You get a sword in Origins/Awakening for completing this.
-Great concept, but...

The Bad.
Where do I start?....
-First of all the DLC contains almost completely copy/pasted material, there is almost no original content in this. The entire DLC area/mission is just a copy/paste of the final Origins mission, only the guy you're looking at is slightly different. All the characters have no original classes or abilities, except for one, which allows you to recruit random darkspawn into your party. Do you like playing as a Sword/Shield warrior? No? Then too bad, because the darkspawn you're playing as is just a warrior, you can't pick a class or anything.
-The story is very mundane, you are playing as a random darkspawn grunt who was "chosen" to lead the army because he's very "special", you get immediately thrown into the siege as soon as you click play.
-Buggy
-Boring, it's just run to bad (good) guy, click click click, run to next good guy...
-Linear

Bioware should seriously start putting slightly more effort into the Dragon Age DLC, if they would have just made the Darkspawn you play as have some different abilities or something then it wouldn't have been so bad. But overall 30-minute, linear RPGs just do not work.
