Dragon Ball: Raging Blast is a great addition to any fan of Dragon Ball, Dragonball Z, or Dragonball GT.

It seems like the Dragonball games keep getting better and better, and the streak continues with Raging Blast. Fairly difficult gameplay and a true-to-the-show modes make this game an awesome addition to any Dragonball fan's collection. It also has some "What-if scenarios," which will be very cool to the true Dragonball and Dragonball Z fans. It lacks a deep Story mode, though.

This game plays much like the Tenkaichi series games, and goes through the Saiyan saga, Frieza saga, Bardock saga, Android/Cell saga, Legendary Super Saiyan saga, and finally the Majin Buu saga.

The game features a large cast of characters, and is much more replayable than the previous "Burst Limit" with the return of the World Tournament mode. Camera angles seem to be and issue with many players, but you can easily move the camera with a single button if it comes down to it.

Who knows, maybe Vegeta fans like myself will get a surprise with enough work (hint hint).

The Verdict:

I highly recommend Raging Blast to any fan of DB, DBZ, or even DBGT. If you're not so much a fan, as you are a casual viewer, I'd say maybe try it before you buy it.
