Yes it has. Budokai 3 has passed its critics and is held as one of the best games in the series. B3 goes airborne with its new story mode "Dragon Universe." It gives the player an opportunity to fly around, yes I said fly around, in a variety of great places where many battles of Dragonball Z took place. While in Dragon Universe mode, you can fly around, look for dragonballs, build you character, and fight in some of the most renowned battles in DBZ history. As you go through Dragon Universe, you can build your character's stats up. This is where B3's online play comes into play. You can give other users online your password (given when you build your character) so they can fight against your powerful character in another great mode Dragon Arena. Dragon Arena allows you to fight against others and build your character at the same time. Also, B3 has given players more characters to play with. The characters are from Dragonball Z, DBZ movies, and Dragonball GT. New characters are unlocked as the game progresses. Players will notice the other modes that were in the other Budokai games like skill building, practice, and dueling. Dragonball Z: Budokai 3 is a great game that will be played for hours. I recommend to buy it. It is well worth it
