Finally, a Dragonball game worth playing, there was Ultimate Battle 22, Final Bout, Budokai 1 & 2, but nothing compares to the smooth game play, rich cel-shaded graphics, and extraordinary voices and sound of Dragonball Z: Budokai 3. I was very hesitant to purchasing this game after I rented the first two, but I am very glad I did. Sure I am a Dragonball Z fan, but anyone can appreciate the huge variety of characters and extremely fun game play. If you want to play a great fighting game I would definitely recommend, Budokai 3.

The Ups:
Many, Many Characters
Original Cast of Dragonball Z voices
Very easy controls and flowing gameplay
Enviornments are fun to destroy
Ultimates and "Dragon Rush"
Very Easy to Unlock all characters

The Downs:
Dragon Universe, was very weak. If you had not watched the series you would not know what was going on.
Moves, some characters were packed with moves while others only had 2 with no ultimates or transformations.

Improvements:
On-Line play would be simply amazing.
A better Dragon Universe resembling the first Budokai.

Overall excellent fighting game with loose ends. If polished it would give Tekken, and Soul Calibur a run for their money.
