Budokai Tenkaichi two may be perfect for some, but for others it is not so great. It basically fixes all the things that went wrong with the first one. They implemented combos, new characters, new stages, in-game-transformations, and more cinematic ultimate attacks. It lets you fly around in 3-D and fight your opponent like in the actual show which allows the player to use more strategy. The problem is that many hard-core fighting players will ignore it because it does not pit you against your character in an enclosed space where the only thing you can do is throw punches. The story mode can get quite tedious because there are hardly any secrets to unlock and it seems that they put in a lot of iunnecessary fights to make the story mode long. The graphics are nice, and the sound is great. The replay value can differ if the player is not a DBZ fanatic.
