DBZ:BT3 is a DBZ fighter that comes out swingin', but without very good aim.

DBZ: BT3 is by no means a bad game. It has some great features, but is severely lacking in some aspects.

BT3 lets you relive fights from the anime & movies, with over 150 unlockable characters. The cast of characters is amazing, but slippery controls make control just that much harder. You have the option of using either a WiiMote, GameCube Controller, or Classic Controller. Unfortunately, all three setups aren't good. The WiiMote seems most solid, but a bad button layout and occasional unresponsiveness to motion make it hard. The GameCube and Classic Controls just weren't cut out for DBZ.

The next thing is the environments. They are huge. Like, miles. If you give an uppercut, it's likely that you'll have to chase your opponent across the map to deal another blow. If you're playing alone, it's just bearable. Two player uses splitscreen though, so it's a chore just to figure out where you are, let alone fight.

Graphics are not very nice. The characters look sloppy, hands are blurry and often fingerless, and the finishers are just cheesey. You can destroy a whole zone, but yet your opponent will be unscathed.

There is also online, but that neither makes, nor breaks the game.

DBZ: BT3 isn't an amazing gsme, nor is it bad. It's just mediocre. A few glaring flaws hold an
otherwise amazing game back from greatness.
