If you want something new after the Budokai Tenkaichi 2

Then this game is not for you. It's not a big jump from BT2. Actually it's not a jump at all. I'd say it's a step. It just seems someone wanted to resell the same game. It's hard to spot what technically is different from Tenkaichi 2. I'll point it out - tweaked controls (tweaked so little it makes you wonder why are they tweaked at all), more characters (150+ characters make a great game right?),more arenas (well not really just added times like noon, day, evening),more combos (what? There are new combos),somehow less music (Why? Songs weren't enough even before),each character can be customised 3 times (kinda OK I guess),maybe it's just me but the arena is a little harder to destroy with Ultimate,no more lock-on (best improvement by my thoughts. Felt kinda unneccesary),can now dash as long as you please, nerfed Broly ( To perform Gigantic Hammer you have to have opponent in grab reach).

Now the bad. Grab doesn't seem to respond unless put inside a combo (kept dashing in the opponent),same old super techniques (were boring then, are boring now),no new arenas ( what's the difference if it's day or night it's still the same thing), new characters doesn't seem to have fresh tehniques (same rushes, beams, barrages),less songs (what?),same unimproved cel shaded graphics, some great cutscenes and story telling (sarcasm),lack of new features and modes.

Final word: If you don't have BT 2 then you should get your hands on this game. If you have BT 2 you should highly think twice before buying this.As this is nothing too new but It's not worse.
