A fighting game that will make you spend good time waiting for Brawl and is defenitely worth Purchasing. (Score: 8.9)
The wii-mote controls arent perfect, but they're not bad either. They movements you make with it will make feel as if you are inside the game. But i prefer the GameCube controller over it, its easier and more accessible. The counters, transmisstions, transformations, the open world and fast-paced fighting makes this game very enjoyable. The single-player is not that good but the fights and the levels of difficulties makes it very challening. 9.0/10
Graphics:
The character animation is completely awesome, the transformation effects, beams and effects really sucks you in. But there arent much details to the world, but the characters defenitely have the details of a high-quality animation. 8.5/10
Sound:
I was kind of dissappointed by the sound. The voice acting is good but the songs really dont make any difference, at times they bore you. You can also change the speaking language between English and Japanese, its not that good but its still a good change. The thing that lowered the scored of the Sound are the songs, they should've been much better. 8.0/10
Lasting Appeal:
The 161 characters, 20+ stages, different gamplay modes and really challenging single-player battles that are used to collect Z-point make this game enjoyable for a very very long period of time. There is Wi-Fi connection, but its broken and does not work as it should've been, if it did then the score of the 'lasting appeal' would've been 10 out of 10, but sadly it doesnt. 9.5/10
Value:
I guess the long period of game time someone will have with this game will make his/her money worth spending. 9.0/10
OVERALL:
If you're wondering if this fighting game is suitable for the Wii, then the answer is a straight "Yes". Good controls, huge number of playable characters, variety of stages and gameplay modes, numerous single-player challenges make it spectacular fighting game and worth a purchase. In my opinion, this is the best DBZ game since budokai 3.
