this is a freaking awsome game! u got all the characters! even the great jenemba! what can be better then that?! 10!!!
u can play like all the important characters, all the saiyan-jin levels, and pretty much everything.
the story mose is great and let u really experience the series, u actually play with objectives just like in the anime such as u need to beat kidbuu with a spirit bomb in order to win the fight.
and since its a third-person view u just feel like u r really in the series, fighting with goku and his friends.
the only thing that i like more in budokai 3 then in this one is that there r no cut-scenes for the really big attacks such as big-bang kamehameha x100.
but it's still pretty awsome. i gave it a perfect 10. and it sure is deserves it.
