DBZ: BT is a decent fighting game....it can be great...for a 10 year old.
I'm a huge DBZ fan but still haven't seen any DBZ game worth recommending.
DBZ: BT includes loads and loads of the most well known DBZ characters as well with their moves. Still some of the characters showned in DBZ movies are still missing. The game includes several game modes, but of course the story mode is the best way to go since you can unlock new characters on it and try to find the dragon balls.
Gameplay- Well, THIS is exactly what's wrong with BT. It's just simple, very simple! There's no dept at all on the character's moves. Every "combo" is simple to execute. Besides, the game lacks in moves too. Those expecting something a little more challenging will be so disappointed with BT. Oh and it's impossible to change forms in BT.
Graphics- The graphics are pretty nice, the frame rate is constant.
Sound- Good. Includes the *** voices, which is a good addition.
Value- Depends on what kind of DBZ fan or fighting games fan you are.
If you like DBZ and enjoyed budokai, give tenkaichi a try.
On the other hand, if you want a great fighting experience, head for Tekken 5.
