you cant compare it to previous games

im a great dbz fan and love the whole anime scene, i have purchased and kept every budokai, each one improving on the previous up to the 3rd title. however, with tenkaichi....alot has changed which in my opinion didnt need to. Starting the game i found it difficult to get use to the controls at first, and it doesnt seem to respond like the previous titles. everyone has been saying the lack of in game transformation has let the game down, i agree..they went for quantity instead of quality in terms of characters. i've only been playing for a couple of hours but i will go back to it, i do enjoy the free roaming and flight, but the camera isn't perfect. the z battle gate is a good story mode, but its advertised "147 cut scenes"....they arent action packed..just the characters stationary talking.
i havent covered everything, sound is good, true to the series, as are most things, but perhaps that has been whats let the game down. the new developer trying to hard to give fans new content from the series lacking from previous..only to get rid of what made budokai 2 and 3 fantastic games!!!
i would recommend this game to a dbz fan
