To put it simply, THIS GAME ROCKS! I am a veteran of the last 3 budokai games and i love this one. I thought tthe new camera was going to suck, but it fits the game perfectly. It does take some getting used to though since the controls are diffrent then the previous games, but once you get them down its awsome. One problem I had with the controls is that the X button which was to block in the previous games is now to dash, so every time i kept on trying to block i would dash, but like i said once i got used to the controls it was awsome.

There are so many charecters to choose from also. The only charecter I wish they would've included in the game was Garlic Jr. I think he would have been awsome to play as but o well. Another big difference is transformations. You no longer transform to other varations of your character while playing. (Ex. Goku turning to SSJ) Instead you just select which type of transformation you want when your selecting characters. This has its plus and minuses. A plus to this is you cant defuse you stay in that form for the entire match, on the other hand you can't go into any other form during the battle if you want to.

One thing that i wish they would have carried over from the previous budokais is the big cinematic look that you get when you perform your ultimate finishing moves. Instead you just do your attack as kind of an original attack would look. Also these moves are very easy to perform, actually all moves in the game are easy to perform, where did the challenge go?(if you liked the challenge that is)

A few more thing that i like about the game are that when you get beat up your character actually shows damage which is freakin sweet. Another thing is flying, yes actual flying, not floating like in the previous games but flying, which this is the need for the diffrent camera otherwise this would be impossible. And Lastly I love the return of the story mode, every since the 2nd and 3rd installment i wished that they would go back to the story mode in the first game, cause it was like you owned the whole DBZ series and you could watch it whenever you want. The story mode dosent go into as much detail as the first game but its still good none the less. The story mode also features GT so thats a big plus.

All in all DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi is a must for DBZ fans, it is not DBZ Gold it's DBZ Platnium. So dont hesitate when getting this game. It rocks, i love it end of story. Thanks for reading my review by the way. LATER!
