GREAT GAME BUT NOT PERFECT. THEY'VE TAKEN OUT TOO MANY KEY FEATURESE FROM BUDOKAI 3

I was extremely excited about this game, though im not totally disappointed and satisfied with this game theres a few factors missing from this game that make me want to play budokai 3. Atari failed to include the dramatic cutscenes that follow in the moderately intense battles of this game. The things they dropped were: the fast paced in your face DRAGON RUSH with superb cutscenes, the struggle to push back giant Ki balls (e,g spirit bomb) The earth becoming totally scarred and oblitirated by the giant ki balls, being unable to transform on the spot (and having to choose your form instead and finally the super moves dramatic cutscenes have been toned down to a pathetic level also they've mucked up some of the characters voices some of them not being the original American CV. But this games not all bad, graphically its beautiful and the gameplay is easy to pick up and plain fun, they thankfully included beam struggles which really capture the dramatic battles of the TV series I'll give them that. Theres also hyper rush where your character charges at them with a flurry of swift yet powerful attacks. The arenas are huge and full destructable which is a big plus. The free flight reallly adds to the DBZ experience and their clothes being torn along with their skin becoming bruised and cut as the battle unfolds is cool( thought they dont get as beaten up as they sometimes to in the TV series infact its minor when you compare it to what fans have seen in the series). Story mode is fun but eventually gets boring and the cut scenes are most of the time plain dull and they have not kept to the real DBZ story line which is a minor itch. The thing that has mainly kept me playing is the massive selection of characters, theres around 60 and the characters they've chosen can suprise some fans. But they have left out some characters that may dissapoint some fans like Li-shenron from DBGT. Also they left out some forms of characters e.g coolers form when he returns. But whats fun is that you can play as Vegeta when he transforms in to the great ape and you can play as master roshi even General Tao!.
Overall this game is decent and worth buying especially for DBZ fans I personally am torn between Tenkaichi and Budokai 3 because i miss some of those features present in Budokai 3 but love the new ones in Tenkaichi.
So buy this game if your a fan of DBZ but don't expect the perfect DBZ game or the kind of reaction you got the first time you played budokai 3.
