Game spot says that its a 7, but they are so wrong. Tenkaichi has a street fighter gameplay with flashy blasts and flying through the air with so much power at your fingertips. If just want an addon of the first 3 budokai, then you might want to look somewhere else because takes away all that flashy blasting and explosions and put back a kick-ass fighter game that is very addicting. Nothing can compare or come close to this game, but there is always up for improvements in everything, especially games. I think that this just came out of the future because there is no game like this and there wont be for a long time.
