Each of the budokai series were improving after each launch. Then came a news series in the franchise "tenkaichi". I don't know my Japanese, but I would interpret tenkaichi to mean really sucks. This in neither a game to buy or a rental. Avoid at all costs, and save your money for something worth while. I am a hardcore dragon ball fan, and saw nothing delightful about this game what so ever. I couldn't even be optimistic about this one even if I wanted to. I hope the developers learn from their mistakes, and improve the budokai series instead of doing a sorry job on a new concept.
