Yes thats right Goku and the gang are back yet again for the fourth installment of DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi. This time around things are alot diffrent you'll be playing from a third person perspective, the landscapes are more expansive and the best part you will be able to fly freely around the map. Coming into this I didn't know what exactly to expect . I'm a great DBZ fan and seen most all of them. But i've only played the first budokai game. So the way I look at it either I have a bad perspective as you how to rate this one or i have a unique perspective because I won't be comparing really. Personally I got exactly what I expected with this game, with a few bonuses. For a dbz fan this is deffinatly a must buy for sure. If your not it is still a great experience, due to the varity of characters and modes. On the down side the actually fighting of the game while very entertaining the first time you play. After a while most all of the characters moves get redundant and look identical, this part of it can be a downer but it can be fun to watch each charaters slightly diffrent techniques when you find them. All the moves are easy to pull off but timing is everything. The game is fair in its length aswell even if you only go through the z-gate which is equivalant to story mode. This aslo depends on the difficulty seting, I found myself switching it to easy for several of the harder fights. I have not ventured to challenge the hard mode. As for the characters every character you could want is in here along with their powerups transformations and acended forms. There is the essentials from the GT series such as ss4 and fusion characters, which are of course unlockable. This isn't a complete review but its my first and I'm losing my train of thought so thats it. Overall its a great game with some short comings that could make none fans shy away but if your a fan at all of DBZ I would recommend this as a buy plenty of content to satisfy.
