Budokai Tenkaichi takes a dramatic change from the side-view camra angle to a more of a 3rd person view. Now is this a g
The positives: The graphics are very nice. It really almost looks like anime, but not that much of an improvement over budokai 3. The game modes from all of the other budokai games are still here. Also, the story mode is a lot more improved since the last game. They got rid of that flying around the surprisingly small DBZ world, and have gone back to a regular menu. The controlls are a lot more indepth than the last game, which is a kind of doulbe-edged sword. It good for hard-core, experienced gamers, but for the casual gamer, it may take hours before they really start to get the hang on these controlls. The cut-scenes are a lot better, for they got rid of the scrolling texts, and had actual characters talking, but it's really unrealistic, for the characters don't really move much, not like the real cutscenes in the original budokai game.
The negetives: there aren't really that many, but they are very important. The camra angles are horrendis; they are so bad that i sometimes lost matches because I couldn't see my character. They also got rid of transformations during the battle, which is somewhat of a disapointment. Also, some levels are so simple you can hit the square button untill the cows come home, and on some its so hard you want to through your controller through the T.V.
All in all, this game is great for the DBZ fans, but not good for casualy gamers or hard-core gamers.
