This game is astounding. And I mean that in a good way. The controls have changed, but it took me only a half hour to get them down. The free-flying is great. I kinda hoped they would keep IGT's in there but that still doesn't knock this game. They have replaced the Capsules with Potaras, also known as earrins. And they added a new option, fusing the potaras. Finding dragonballs is still there, but now it is in game, the balls are hidden in destructible objects. Speaking of destructible obcjects, there are now REAL TIME DESTRUCTIBLE ENVIROMENTS. The stupid little freezframe characters with speech bubbles are gone, but the loved cutscene style from B1 has not returned. It has short scenes before and after battles, though some sentences return from the show. "What? You want to fight me?!" -- Super Buu, and that is follwed by.. "No. I'm gonna kill you!" New characters such as Kid Goku, Master Roshi, Janemba, Broly, Bojack, and many others are back. They of course include the Saiyan, Frieza, Android, and Buu sagas, BUT there's more. They now include movies. Giving character battles such as Bardock, Goku's father. Also, you fight Frieza in ALL her forms. I had been waiting for that. They even add Chiatzou! They have new battle modes, such as "Survive Until Time Runs Out!" or "Defeat Enemy With All Your Might!" The new story mode is called "Z Battle Gate", and it is where you go into Shenron's memories to reenact the battles. Swords are now used in battle. There is a mode called Ultimate Battle. You fight 100 battles, to be number one. Of course, the Champion of the World is your first battle. #100. :-P. Also, you can customize your characters. In training, you now watch the attacks/moves you are taught. Well, thats about all. I give Tenkaichai a 10.0. PLAY IT!!!
