The ultimate fighting mode is not that good because the computer mode on Videl is to cheeseeee.

Ultimate Fighting Mode. Once a low ranking character gets off a move it will not stop even if your on the ground, until you are finished. After ever character you have to save or the computer will cheese you death. The characters skills are obviously not based on the cartoon series. I have been cheese with almost every character that I have unlocked and built up against low rank fighters.
To unlock the characters is a lot of work also and it's time consuming just to fight in the ulitmate mode to get beat by Videl a number of times before can pass position 99 in the rank.
