The first 3 Budokai games followed the same pattern of most fighting games. You were always locked on to the opponent in a small, enclosed area while you beat the enemy down with special blasts and what not. In Tenkaichi, the creators took a noticeably different rout. You are no longer locked on to the opponent the whole round but, are instead allowed to free to roam the much larger areas. The moves are reletively the same but, the game is much more difficult. The many fusions and characters added from both DB and GT. help round out this game into a DBZ fan's dream. Although, it may take awhile for you to get used to throwing your controller through a window a few times when you first get it.
