It does have better fighting more like Shin Budokai and Burst Limit moves. Too bad they remove alot of things from Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 that made it great, like Dragon Rush, beam struggle, and others. The game got more characters but no new stages to fight in The mini games are great for some of them, but are really a waste of time. Another good thing that they gave every character an ultimate move unlike Budokai 3, some even have more than one like Broly, Teen Gohan, Piccolo, and others more. They no longer have Tournament which is not that bad, because you can earn zeni just by fighting the story mode. The game also have cut scenes something Budokai 3 also does not have. My recomendation is if you just like simple fighting challenges than buy Infinite World, If you like to have a great fighting experience than buy either Budakai 3 or Budakai Tenakaichi 3, depending on your favorite fighting style.
