Enix have done it again in this amazing RPG I play even today!
After that the waterfall will ask you a series of questions after answering them you have a "final question" where you are put in a position where what you do affects your result such as you are a dragon and you can kill everyone in a town or an old man asks you to push him a boulder. The waterfall will tell you your personality then you will wake up and it is your 16th birthday and you must set off in your adventure.
Gameplay
You can have a maximum of four people traveling with you at one time, you play as the Hero and you are the only Hero in the game. You have strength, a good defense and great magic skills. You can have up to four characters in your party from 9 character classes. With your character you can get an armored warrior, a deadly fighter, a powerful spellcaster, a noble cleric, a swift thief, a strange dealer, a silly jester or the ultimate magicians. The first seven are there from the start you can have any genders and any names for them.
The battle-style is the usual RPG menu style with lots of different spells, weapons and ... monsters. The map is so large, the dungeons and towns are great but the best bit is the human board game. These are really hard to find and you have to pay with rare tokens but it may be the best part in the whole game. Only one person can go but there is so much options. I love it another great part is the bit when you be king you are just running around town and people do as you say but I don't want to spoil too much!
Graphics/Art
The graphics are okay pretty good for the original NES version and the art is by Akira Toriyama (the creator of dragon ball). A good bit is when Ortega fights the Demon Lord Baramos and the graphics are pretty cool.
Sound
The music is pretty cool after just a few minutes you will find yourself singing the World Map music. Then comes the battle music that will also stick in your head the sound effects are nothing special though.
Overall
This game is amazing. You will enjoy it so much especially if you like RPGs, if your not a hardcore gamer this game may prove to be too hard for you. If you have played any other DW you know what to expect and if you haven't (like me) you will discover an excellent game.
