This one goes in a whole diffrent direction than the first.

After playing the first one I thought that it should'nt have a sequel because it would be to similar but this is actually way different than the first. The storylines fairly unique and the gameplay is less frustrating than it was before. Even after you beat the game you can still do other things including stuff that actually has to do with the story. Of course there's chances to catch monsters you did'nt get before but there's also some new monsters in certain places.
The only real complaints I have is that they removed the suggested option for synthesis which used to make it really simple to find the best combo. Also it seems like there's a serious lack of negative monsters but it might just be me lol. Anyway the game is certainly enjoyable and anyone who likes monster collecting games should check it out.
