Right, straight to the point, dragonquest is more about the graphics and quest more than the story itself, i did enjoy it, but not because of the RPG elements, but due to the fact of the new experience's that square-enix take you on. If your a huge final fantasy fan and expecting some as storydriven as that, this wouldnt be a great choice, the game is great fun and intresting with what else new would be round the corner, yet the story i wasnt bothered about, i didnt really know the characters to well, the main enemy is a jester, plus it literally has no emotion in this game, yet the soundtrack is a masterpiece, the soundtrack is something to expect off a final fantasy game, so overall, this was a fun game, yet it wasnt storydriven enough for me to enjoy the story enough as a full RPG, in my opinion was more like an action adventure, but i highly recommened playing it due to the fact of the vast landscapes and quests, weapons and the soundtrack, yet if your hoping for a heart wrenching story this isnt the game for you.
