this game has some good ideas but in the long run is it worth it?

let me start off with what this game is about. you play as a boy named Nowe who was raised by a dragon, Legna. Nowe and his dragon friend joined the knights of the seal and this is where the story begins. the story starts off slow but begins to speed up as you meet a girl named manah.Well thats enough about the story for now lets talk about gameplay.you not only play as Nowe the dragon boy but also legna the dragon, Manah, Eris a member of the knights, and Urick the masked man. the fighting is kind of dull to tell you the truth. in fact the fighting controls are kind of same as Dynasty warriors games. But the button controls are a little unresponsive. like if you push a button to finish a combo it doesn't listen and screws up the whole thing. its interesting at first but you eventually get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. this is the order of every thing. you fly your dragon, shoot some targets, get off your dragon hack and slash some enemies rinse, wash, and repeat. like i said before in the end it gets kind of dull and pointless to play. the only thing keeping me going is the storyline and cut scenes. plus i forgot to tell you about the constant side missions they force you to go on just to continue the storyline. all in the end the games is mostly show but has some good ideas in it so you should rent it or just wait for the price to drop.
