Drakengard 1 is an highly addictive game. If you love dragons, and rpgs, then this is the game for you. You start off in an chaotic battle against the empire with the lead protagonist, Caim. After finding a wounded dragon that resembled the beast that killed his parents years ago, he decides to form a pact with the dragon, merging both of their souls into one. This game technic much resembles drakan's bonding ritual which was made a little before drakengard's release. The fighting technics are outstanding, but the camera rotation can get quite annoying after awhile. There is no real point in fighting tons of monsters just to get to the next mission to fight another group of monsters. However, teh storyline is quite saddening, and at the end you'll be left shocked. So, if you love dragons and rpgs, pick up Drakengard today!
