A light, but addictive game for casual gamers.
A casual >3-5 hours a week game.
Free game without pay for bonuses being too overbearing.
A game with a decent but not huge community.
A game with satisfying but not excellent graphics.
The game satisfied me on all points. I don't feel "pressured" like in something like WoW to be the top level, many old and new players are working their way up the multi faceted career paths all the time.
Although you can pay for some items, few of them make pay for play players outrageously weighted against others since PvP is not a main function of the game.
I didn't want a community of gamers that was close knit and closed to newbies. I wanted a community willing to help since I would be such a small time player. I got this, I ask once or twice and I always get an accurate reply.
I knew I couldn't expect top of the line graphics, but I was looking for a game that could embellish on the basic concept of just pixels, unlike Runescape. The cell shading covers up any flaws that would seem outrageous.
So if your a casual mmo player just looking for something that doesn't require much thought for a quick break this is it. If your a hard core gamer, not so much. But if your somewhere in the middle, this game with it's PERSONALIZED quests(!) is just for you.
Give it a shot.
