This is definitely a game for anyone with kids that LOVE Shrek. I'm talkin' Shrek blankets and underoo's LOVE.
Now if it wasn't for my kids I would not have given this game a 2nd thought at all as I am generally not into the free form battle party games at all.
But once I sat down with the title, I found that I actually enjoyed it. It was somewhat simple at first and the graphics weren't all that bad. It used a large range of characters (some not in the movies) and had some interesting environments that you could destroy.
The voice acting was questionable but I don't think my kids really cared. They just liked watching Shrek run around and perform large fart bombs to slam people.
The controls were a bit unresponsive and it sometimes would not perform actions no matter how much I beat the buttons.
This game was mostly for my kids and I to sit around together (and also stop playing Burnout which I have grown so tired of) and so it performs that duty admirably.
