This was the first game that I had for my PS2, so I've played this game a lot. I know what I'm saying when I say that this game, while not a very good game, is actually kinda fun. Just think of it as the VERY poor man's GTA. I was really hoping that this installment in the series would be good. Although it is a repetitive GTA clone, there is still some fun in it. It is sort of fun to run around shooting people and trying to run them over. The driving in the game is pretty good, but the on-foot parts are really messed up. I would only reccomend this game if you're going to rent it first.
