This game is unfinished, unfun, and unloved. Only worth a rental for the most die-hard Driver fans.

User Rating: 5.2 | DRIV3R XBOX
Pros -

Nice graphics and sound, its fun to make your own movies with Director mode, pretty good driving physics.

Cons -

Glitches galore, sometimes (my) game crashes for no apparent reason, Tanner runs like a demented crab, and jumps like an OAP with a wooden leg, missions are repetative and boring, cops have about 4 lines of dialogue that they repeat over and over again (You are und-Sir you are under arr-under arres-you are un-sir you-under arrest e.t.c e.t.c), The on foot controls and shooting controls are terrible. Less a Driver game and more a lesson on how not to make a game. Even the name of the game is dodgy (Driv-three-r????)

Buy it? -

The only reason I got this game was that it was the only game that I could receive with my Xbox that I had a remote interest in (I loved the previous driver games). Unfortunately, I would have been better off with Finding Nemo or some other crappy film-to-game conversion. So NO, don't buy it. Unless you want a good laugh at the glitches and Tanner the Spack :P

Rent it then?

Like I said in the Review Deck, only the most Die-hard Driver fans will want to rent this.

Glitches I have found in Take a Ride mode after about 10 hours total play -

Cop cars spawning in thin air (like on top of my boat), Tanner getting stuck in invisisble scenery barriers, Cop cars spawning inside pedestrians (crashed my game), game randomly freezing up (forcing you to turn off the Xbox and restart it), and pedestrians spawning in a long line (you can actually see them spawn in thin air). There are definitely more glitches than these, though.
