I've played the first Driver game over at my friends house a few years ago and thought the game was pretty cool. Then Driver 2 was released a few weeks later, so I immediately went over to the store and picked it up. When I played the first hour it turns out this game is pretty lousy. The graphics are pretty ugly in the game and the interactions in the environment was bad as well. The pedestrians are too pixelated, and so is your character. I was also disappointed that you can't run-over the pedestrians in the game, the pedestrians somehow find a way to get out of the way from your on-coming vehicle. Sometimes they magically run through walls and objects. The storyline is pretty dumb as well, I didn't even attempt to finish the game because of how bored I was playing the game. the cop AI is pretty stupid. I just run a red light and they are all over me as if I just commited murder. Overall this game was pretty awful, and is now currently collecting dust somewhere in my garage.
