Driver Parallel lines was well worth the wait. I do think they pretty much copied the whole free roam thing off of GTA, but i don't care. This game still is way better than Driv3r. There's a good storyline, good crashing, good graphics, the cars are amazing and the game does a nice job recreating the NYC area. I think this game is the best in the series, it's well worth buying, not renting. There's not very much glitches, there was way more in Driv3r. The characters are good and i like the era changes, the car customization. I would say save up your money for a copy today. By the way, i gave this game a 10.0 score, but my computer won't let me go any higher than 5.0.
