Great action/driving/adventure game

This game is great on so many levels and bad on only a few. Lets start with the good. The best thing about the game is the number of cars to choose from. They have everything from old hatchbacks in the 70's to big luxury sedans of the new age. The next best thing about the game is the choice of powerful weapons like miniguns and handheld RPGs. The main character is one of the most likeable and friendly characters i have ever seen and that to me is what makes or breaks the game. If the character is an @$$ or they just never put any thought into the character such as the character from PARIAH then the game is no fun and you can't get into the gme because you can't relate to the character. The only criticism is the car customization could have be a little more in depth and the speed at which the cars went at could be faster with the fastest car reaching only 140mph. All things aside though i would recommend this game to anyone who likes shooting and driving and wouldn't recommend it to those who played GTA: SA because yes GTA is better just because there is more stuff for your character to do.
P.S.: Any game i give a 10 for sound means that it has the ability to play user made playlists. Which this does
