Wooo talk about a total surprise.
This game is without a doubt is not for everyone. If you are looking for a GTA clone, then you are in the wrong place. It is true that this game shares a lot in common with GTA, but the feel is a lot different. The biggest difference in this game is that the majority of any shooting takes place from your car. That's right you are no longer restricted to shooting just side ways people. In fact almost all shooting will take place while you are chasing someone in your car. That's not to say there won't be any shooting on foot, but most of the time is lame and un-even.
The other great this is the cars. You got great customization options and A line of great cars from both the past and present, not to mention a great sense of speed. Along with wanted levels for both yourself, and your car driving against the cops can be really entertaining.
This all mixed in with a decent story, nice sound and some nice graphics, Driver parallel lines was much more than I expected.
