Fun driving game for the 3DS, but nothing special.
In terms of game-play the physics are better than that of it's console counterpart and the rage meter is a great addition to the formula, allowing you to speed up as long as it is partially filled, but everything else is average.
The story is short and forgettable, with the missions being simple and unimaginative. Most of the time it's races or destroying things, with the occasional interesting mission, such as using a tank to take down a political candidate, but these are few and far between.
Not much to be said for the graphics and sound, it's a driving game, you'll be more focused on the driving than the scenery and sounds.
Overall, it's a generic driving game, with nothing to make it particularly special. Pick this up if you enjoy driving games and own a 3DS, but there are better games out there.
