When I first purchased and played I was a bit let down but went back to it a day later and it defo has grown on me, good game but I would like to see some updates which will improve the textures some of them are just awful! Hopefully if there are updates over the year this will improve things visually. Love the adult theme though and I think it's the first time I've seen rendered boobs in a game nipples and all lol. Still to play the multiplayer but initially had a look at the options and there appears to be good incentives there. Upgrading your digs with various babes and games will keep me playing for sure! Duke has come a long way over the last few years but you can see how gearbox has reused everything, the game is not the most visually stunning by a long way but it's great to be playing him again and all his humour is fully intact, the driving levels are surprisingly good too. I can't help thinking that it has every element in a game that you would want and certain elements have been done before in other games over the years, if the game was brought out back in 2000 it would have been a landmark achievement blowing everything away but in 2011 it is a dim candle compared to some other games out there. If you buy the game you will enjoy it for sure but don't expect a visual feast...I hope this is not the last we see of Duke and that the next game will be something a bit more special!!!! Hail to the King? Maybe not this time but give it a chance!
