Exceptional game, very satisfying RPG elements, endless levels / challenges / game types. Disappointing main review.
I first want to say please disregard the main review score, to think that anyone may not play this game because of the feeble 6.5 attributed to it (as I may have been unlucky enough to) fills me with sadness. I think the main frustration was the use of the words "brutally difficult", which is simply untrue, you start the game on easy until your character has developed enough to move up to medium, then subsequently hard, difficult. It's a very rewarding and satisfying experience. If you are brave enough to try "medium" first you will be rewarded with better drops, more money and more experience.
This game fuses genres so well you'd think it was the best of a long running series of co-op third person tower defense action RPGs. Not one of the first of its kind.
Ignore the main review, go out and buy it. You won't be disappointed. Especially if you play games locally as the 4 player split screen is so much fun.
