Too difficult - to begin playing.
I already own and play two of the Guild Wars games (which are fantastic). Why can't they just use these to mine my information?
It shouldn't be this complicated to play. I think I may just uninstall and continue to play Guild Wars. I even tried to get into their forums to figure a way through their registration gauntlet. The forums make you register before you can even read them and then they won't let you create a new account!! I'm giving this game all ones except for a two in Sound. They had a nice tune playing after I installed and got to the login screen. That's pretty much as far as I can get.
Two accounts and a serial number? Free isn't worth this hassle.
