It's FUN! Anyone not happy with the effort to keep the game as close to D&D possible should have their head examined

If you've had a hankering to play D&D and you have a PSP, this is the game for you. Just realize that electronic constraints will and the lack of built in human flexibility allowed by a DM will always make any D&D translation imperfect. The issues I have with the game stem from the lack of documentation. Even if they just put more info about the specifics regarding the differences between the pen and paper game and the PSP game that would be better than the information available today. Nobody wants to create character without knowing where they will be at level 20. I would like to know if there are prestige classes and what they are... what are the feats and what are the requirements going to be to get to the next feat etc... all that stuff is no where to be found. So I have to keep an eye on the forums to see if smarter than me is starting to document this stuff.

With that said ....
With the nuts and bolts built and all the rules created I hope they find a way to create some modulesbecause this game is pretty cool. It's frigging deep, all of the cool classes are there including druids and monks, the strategy required to manage inventory so that you're not burdened but still have specific weapons types like silver arrows to kill werewolves and flaming weapons to kill Trolls is pretty cool. I gotta say... I'm having a lot of fun... gotta go, my Bastard Sword wielding Paladin is calling. Later
