The best game of the series.

Let me get this out of the way I like the DW games ever since I picked up DW4 xtreme legends and since have played the majority of them after that. I can see why people would not like DW but I can say that DW7 has improved on the older games. Story mode has gone a huge make-over instead of taking one character and playing a few battles and at the end have his or her clan unites the land in DW7 it follows more closely to Romance of the Three kingdoms more than any other game before it. Characters die when they really died in history and there is not always a happy ending either. There is also another clan fighting for control now and that is Jin, when you play as Shu, Wei, Wu, or Jin you don't pick who you play as you play as multiple different characters throughout the story mode. Also the cut scenes blend in with the combat part of the game which is a very cool addition and the voice acting is the best I have heard in the series. My only disappointment I have with the game is that the soundtrack is not as memorable as the older ones. The other mode is conquest mode which in my opinion is better the free mode I always felt that free mode made the older games become old very fast. And co-op online and split-screen is a very cool in conquest mode. I feel that this is the best DW game in the series and I suggest people who have not played the game to give this one a try and to the diehard DW fans out there I strongly feel that you will not be disappointed with this game.
